    Our friendly walking group meets on a Monday at St Paul's Community Centre at 10am.  They do a gentle walk around the local area, led by an expereinced local guide, free to join and open to newcomers. The event is free of charge but they do stop at a cafe on the way, so you'll need money for that if you want a brew, etc.
