120 bedded purpose built Nursing Home. We provide 24 hour long term care for 40 people who require residential care, capacity to care for 42 people who require long term professional nursing care/end of life care (the nursing unit has the accolade of GSF) and 38 rooms for people with end stage dementia/mental health issues who require long term 24 hour care. We aim to create age friendly communities and generate ways to create stronger community connections for people over 50. A partnership of Bolton CVS, Age UK Bolton and Bolton at Home will be delivering the programme in Bolton in The Halliwell, Crompton and Tonge with The Haulgh areas over the next five years. A drop-in advice and information centre for older Asian people aged 50+ living within Bolton. We provide culturally sensitive services with bi-lingual staff. We offer variety of services and activities from educational, health and well being, leisure, Yoga, chair based exercise and holistic therapies.
