Bekindtomymind is a Bolton campaign, developed by the Healthy Minds Youth Project and NHS to reduce the stigma and discrimination around mental health. Enabling young people who are struggling with emotional or mental health problems to know "it�s okay to talk".

Hope Again is the youth website of Cruse Bereavement Care. It is a safe place where you can learn from other young people, how to cope with grief, and feel less alone.
