High hopes for Halliwellbeing
High Hopes for Halliwell is a project supported by local groups in Halliwell seeking to make a real difference for the lives of residents in Halliwell and Crompton wards.
Our aims are creating new opportunities, community cohesion and social action, celebrating life and faith and improving quality of life.
Following the refurbishment of the St Pauls’ Community centre on the Halliwell Road, we want to see new groups and new people using the centre, enjoying the activities and events, and knowing they belong to a vibrant and caring community
