Preventing Homelessness Support & Family Intervention Support Service
Bolton at Home were commissioned to deliver the two floating support services below;
Preventing Homelessness Support Service will establish sustainable support network to maximise independent living for clients aged between 18-65, it will provide a person centred approach to support clients to prevent homelessness and minimise use of temporary accommodation. The service will support clients with move on from temporary accommodation and support clients to remain in their current home who are threatened with eviction.
The Family Intervention Support Service can provide housing related support to families with anti-social behaviour problems that may put their tenancy at risk; we will provide an average of 4 hours floating support per week. The family needs to reside in Bolton, to have lost or be at risk of losing their home through anti-social behaviour and must be willing to actively participate with the service.
