BCOM acts as a consultative body to a range of service providers in Bolton and has been providing some kind of service for the Muslim community for over 14 years. We are a not for profit charity, specifically providing a service to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in the Bolton and Greater Manchester areas.Our services include a weekly meeting by the Darby & Joan club for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and dual sensory loss members, on Tuesday each week, between 11am and 3pm.
