Dance yourself dizzy is a community dance group in Bolton. We run classes on Thursday evenings at Rumworth Hall 6.15-7.15 under 10's and 7.30-8.30 over 11's. Saturday morning at Deane Leisure Centre 10.15-11.00 for 3-5 year olds and 11.30-12.30 is our show class for all ages. The dance team take part in several charity shows and competitions each year although this is not compulsory. We are currently working towards Bolton Mark with Bolton Council and all members of the team are CRB checked.
