Care Connect

Care Connect provides care to both Social Services and Private Service Users. We aim to provide High Quality service, to service users of all ages in their own home respecting their independence, privacy and dignity to ensure they enjoy the best quality of life at home. We care for elderly people and for younger adults with physical difficulties. The age range is eighteen and over. The Agency operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year We employ over 60 trained Home Care Workers who are all DBS Checked.
